2. Description of Service
Tracemate HQ is a platform for tracing objects to create highly customized Gridfinity bins. Our Service allows users to:
- Upload and trace object outlines
- Generate custom Gridfinity-compatible bin designs
- Export designs for 3D printing
- Save and manage design projects
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including images, designs, and project files ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Tracemate HQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Gridfinity system was created by Zack Freedman and is used in accordance with its open-source license.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Tracemate HQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
